Ronco (aka) Popiel Never provided credit card refund, although I returned the merchandise months ago

Returned a very expensive Showtime rotisserie oven several months ago and was never given a credit on my Am Ex card. Paid for charges long ago, would like my refund. All mdse returned in original packing material, all in perfect condition.
