I purchased a showtime oven fom ronco on march 21 st. 2005 with a 4 year extended service contract, plus six months. I contacted ronco and told them the oven was not heating and faxed all my paperwork on 3/17/09 to show the warranty was in effect, i have called them several times and end up talking to a couple of indians who seem to be the only people working for this company. They promise to honor their warranty, but they never respond. This is nothing less than a total rip-off. There should be a class action lawsuit against ronco. I have contacted the attorney general for the state of california and filed a complaint. You may do the same by going to www.ag.ca. Gov/contact. If enough people make themselves heard maybe we can get satisfaction from these theves. I would be more than happy to join a class action lawsuit.
