On December 6th of 2008 I purchased the RONCO Six star knife set online. I paid for the entire order and also bought the 2 knife blocks. I did this as a Christmas present for my self and a friend. The offer was for a buy one get one free. The knives did not arrive for Christmas. The knives did not arrive for new years.
On February 16th I received an E-mail from GSI Commerce the new shipping and customer service dept. For Ronco. It stated that the shipment would be in in 5-10 day. I waited, No package. Nothing. I called and they said that they woulod send another set out in the next 24 hours. Lol. Did not happen. All this time they have been paid mind you.
They now have my money and the knives. I call daily and get nowhere. I never get a supervisor and a corporate number does not exist. 90 percent of the time I get another country like india answering the phone. I have been waiting for months for my product or a refund and neither arrive. Buyer beware. They are thieves.
