Don't buy from this company! They're the most unprofessional and dishonest company I've ever had the displeasure of coming in contact with! They're a total scam! We are going to be out of pocket around $13,000. They promised us 40-50% off our monthly electric bill. As it turns out it's 3-5%! Therefore, we should have been able to recoup our money in 6.5 years if what they promised was true. As it turns out now we will be lucky to get our money back in 30 yrs! We were promised, before purchasing, that we had a satisfaction money back guarantee and of course they're trying to weasel their way out of that promise. I've had to contact the BBB and now contacting an attorney. Their response to the bbb was basically they aren't going to do anything to rectify this situation. Beware consumers whatever the promise it's a lie! My husband and I thought we were doing something good for the environment and look where it got us!
The energy pledge they offer is totally bogus! Don't fall for it the way we did! They were so high pressure when they came to our house and they stayed for hours! I'm so mad that my husband and I fell for this scam of a company. We didn't buy from first sales rep and when they called to ask if an owner could come discuss things with us we agreeed. We were later informed by another employee that this was a lie it was just another sales rep. But it was too late the solar panels had been installed. That really wouldn't have been that big of a deal if the solar panels had done as promised. But now it all makes sense. When we first realized there was a problem we made several attempts to contact owner and when he finally got back to us it was weeks later. Hopefully this will help others from being scammed!
