A program A/D spring check up resulted in the purchase of many components including a "difficult start" along with a PMA to get a whole of around $900 in May. Something failure in May resulted in a brand new compressor (including one more 5-year company's guarantee) to get a whole of almost $3200. A program PMA in June were left with a brand new capacitor and also the technology informing me the incorrect "difficult start" was installed in May and that's was incorrectly installed.in July the machine again failed. This time around there is an electric cable totally burned through and also the technology was just thinking about promoting me a brand new HVAC system (an over priced, non specific 13 seer program). He gruff and rude and essentially blew off the warrantied compressor. He provided simply to substitute the burnt cable to maintain the A/D operating for "five minutes or 5 hours." I wound up purchasing a completely new program from the diverse company. Orangutan seems involved just in promoting costly components and useless PMA agreements. Their technicians really are a mixed case, some being REALLY unprofessional and gruff. I discovered this ensemble in the Home Website, and that Iam sorry that I actually started up together.
