Theado Thomas Reed bids a construction job required 1/2 upfront and never completes the work and does not refund your money... He goes by many different company names Walk Tall LLP, BT Investments and others I'm sure

This person will give you a bid for construction... Require 1/2 upfront as a deposit and will give you a quick turn around time for completion. Start the project... Not to code... Make you believe he's coming back and never completes the job. No phone calls, etc. This man is a true con-artist!!!
