Mr. Reed borrowed $5000.00 from me as a business loan that he promised to re-pay immediately in November. To date, his promise has gone unkept. He has not only refused to re-pay any portion of the loan, but now refuses to pay the interest that he promised of 18%.
He has informed his legal council that the loan was now a gift of which it was not. Mr. Reed has proven many times that he does not complete jobs and takes money from people on false promises.
