Part not received-terrible service

Sears service sucks big time!!! We ordered a replacement seal for our refrigerator over a month ago and have still not received it. The UPS tracking number states it was received at the local facility 3 weeks ago. Ups states that the originator has to investigate the problem. I called Sears. I was told I would get a call within 24 hours. A week later no call.

I call a week after the first call and am told by the 'customer service representative' that it will take the parts department 5-7 days to re-order the part and am not told what happened to the first order. I ask to speak to a supervisor, am put on hold for 5 minutes, than disconnected!!!

We have been waiting 5 weeks now for the part., not to mention the 'mandatory charge' for a technician to come out and look inside the refrigerator for the model number, something I could have easily done.

This is setting a new standard for bad service!!!
