We bought a vaccum on 5/19 that we didn't liike and it had a three day return policy. We called the company the next morning and we talked to Tia and told her that we don't want the vaccum because our friend advised that works as a carpet specialist so he said that the product is not good for our carpet. And she said that somebody will call you. We've been waiting for three days but nobody called us. So we want to return the vaccum that we don't want and we want a full refund of $900.00 dollars.
