I wanted to write to you after I sent a complaint on July 4. I received a phone call within a couple of days from the Service Manager, Danny Maddocks, at Leslie's Pool. He came out on July 7. He made a thorough check, could see that the pressure was high even though I again had just cleaned the filter on July 5. This was the 4th time that my filter had been thoroughly cleaned out since May 5 when my filter was installed.

He also made a thorough check on my vaccum. When he was able to get the pressure corrected he consentrated on the vaccum as it was still crawling. I have replaced several parts and had the vaccum in just the week before for a check. Everything was working fine now exept the vaccum. Danny took my vaccum to my local store and had them go through to make sure that everything was in good condition. After they left the pressure remained good. I picked up my vaccum the next day. They had replaced a few parts. I hooked him up as soon as I got home and it took off. I can not thank Danny enough. All I wanted was that my pool looked like it did before the old filter died. He said that he wanted to make everything right and that he was not going to leave until he did. And that is exactly what he did.

Our pool is beautiful again.
