My name is Scott * and I purchased a sealcoat spray unit from Ricky Frank who apparently owns Seal-Coating Depot. I purchased the unit over the internet and via phone conversations. The purchase date was March 31. I sent a down payment of $1200 for a $2100 dollar unit. The money was sent via money order. Ricky Frank acknowledged that he received the money order and was in the process of making the unit.
He provided me with an invoice/purchase order specifying what was being made, the price and the delivery date. Many weeks went by with email updates then finally all communication stopped. I have attempted to contact Ricky Frank by phone and email but no response. This guy, like most other criminals are very convincing and most dangerous to the public. Watch out for this guy.
