We are another victim of Ricky Dunn Jr. Of Malibu Landscaping. He is a con man and just out to get his quick deposit. He has no intention of doing the work. He cannot buy plant material from anyone. A local plant supplier was ripped off for $1500 worth of material and he told me nobody will sell to him in the area.
The guy is BAD NEWS!!! All he does is LIE!!! He says he will come and he does not, excuse after excuse. Do not trust this guy at all. Stay far away from this guy, he has been doing this for years is what I come to find out.
Dont bother suing because he does not care, he will not ever pay and you will be out attorney fees and court costs. Just don't give him a dime to begin with.
