My husband and I both switched our cell phones to Samsugs. Mine is the Impression model and his the Mythic. He has had to return the Mythic 3 times and my Impression JUST got out of warranty (funny how that works) and can't be replaced without a charge! Researching the Impression problem, touch-screen does not work, this has been an ongoing problem for quite some time. It saddens me that Samsung does not take pride in their product and keeps selling "problem" products. When upgrading our phones next we will def. Be doing a lot of research on the Nokia or Motorola we are buying!!!
