Had an appointment scheduled for 1-5pm today. Lady called at 10:07 and asked if the tech could come an hour early at 12 IF he gets done early at the previous job. I said sure.
Left to run some errands and I returned at 11:30 and waited til 5. I called and got a msg that my appt was still scheduled from 1-5. Looked on the door and there is a sticker saying please call a&e factory services to reschedule. He was supposed to call but never did. I called both sears and the a&e place and both just tried to reschedule me several days out, with no explanation why they had wasted my time today. I also think this happened a few years ago with the same group.
I live north of Charlotte, NC and I would recommend using craigslist rather than sears, it is more reliable if that says anything about this outfit. Cust svc was mexican or indian and English is clearly a second language!
