We too have been taken to the cleaners (no pun intended) by Stainsafe. We have been getting the run around for 10 months and after much effort and time they have denied our claim for bogus, boilerplate reasons. Sound familiar.
We have protested our case and if nothing is done we will report to BBB and will sure.
