I had bought the warranty for my leather sofa as part of the leather sofa purchase 5 month ago. The warranty clearly states what is covered but none of it is apparently honored by Stainsafe. I send e-mails, called customer service and they all say the same but use different reasons. Not covered. First it is not covered because it is a stain, then it is not covered because it is accumulation of stains, then it is simply denied and I have no chance of complaining or asking for review elsewere according to them. They did not send a technican to review the damage and did assess the denial simply based on my e-mail. I got one conversation recorded and I quote below. All I can say is stay away from stainsafe. This is as bogus as it can get and I will try to get a lawsuit together.

Supervisor "No you do not I am a supervisor"
Myself *I was told by the operator that this can not be handled any further by a supervisor or manager and that I have to leave a voice mail for somebody to call me back on monday*
Supervisor "Sir, I am above the American Arbitration Association and I deny your claim"
