I worked for these people from Aug. Of 04 to April of 05, I did everything that I was asked to do from plumbing, landscaping, cleaning, changing locks, showing apartments, going to court, and so on, till one they come to me and say "you no longer work for us " and you have get out of your apartment. I was paid in cash and buy rent I should have never had to pay rent for the last month I was there as I had already done enough work be there for along time, they also owe me money they never paid for work that I had done but they took me to court and got a judgement for 600.00 all cause the judge said I did not file my claim soon enough.
They have black mold in all three of there buildings, and they shut off the power, water of people they want out, the buildings all have water leaks that they won't fix, if any body is thinking about working for them or renting from them I wouldn't if I was you it will be a big mistake that you find out soon after you are there.
