Ought an air ratchet that locked up after the second bolt, returned for refund got stuck with a gift card, used gift card to order a new air ratchet was told it would be in the next week, 3 weeks later no ratchet asked for refund they tryed to stick me with another gift card, I asked for cash since I paid by check 3 weeks prior. They refused cash, only gift card. Have spent thousands of dollars at that store, and will never spend another penny there.
