My friend has a Samsung fridge with the
bottom freezer. A strange intermittent
dinging has started. There is not rhyme
Or reason to when it goes off. There
Are no doors ajar. There is a new water
filter in it. It may go off consistently for 20 minutes. Then stop for 1 hour then beep twice then 10 minutes later beep 20 times in a row. We have read her manual but it gives no hints in the trouble shooting guide. Please help. She called the hotline because in the process of trying to stop it she put her fridge in showroom model. The help line helped her reset the fridge, but suggested she try to ignore the dinging. That does not work. It is very annoying.
