I just got ripped off from Modular Arts shipping... If anyone has to order from them, do not use express shipping, for example Fedex 2Day shipping or overnight. You will not getting your tiles the next day or on the 2nd days. Because if they don't have the tiles, or don't feel like to ship out right away for you, you will have to wait up to 5 days before they schedule even to let Fedex to pick up. They would not care about the customer satisfaction by reduce the shipping cost and refund the money. They do not have anyone but receptionist to talk to on the phone who is not capable of making decisions.
