I had placed an order to have it delivered on the 12/12 and paid extra for the shipping. First, I had to deal with the incompetent girl that took my order. Second, the order didn't arrive on 12/12. I called the following day to see where my order was. First girl hang up on me. Second girl, Courtney, offered to refund the shipping charge. Her manager, Christy, helped me to cancel the whole order. When I questioned why it takes over a week to FedEx a cake, they blamed it on FedEx (which, I think it is clearly their fault for not wanting to pay extra for an overnight shipping) and would not give me the FedEx tracking number. I asked for her supervisor and was transfered a couple of times. Then, the same girl, Christy, comes on with a different name, Deon.

Be ware of ordering from them! Don't encourage their poor customer service by giving in. They've gave me bull-shit during the whole time I had been on the phone.
