I contacted Premier Hot Tubs to see why my old spa was not heating. After paying $120, they came and said that it was too old and too dangerous to fix. I said that I was paying them TO fix it, NOT tell me whether or not it should be fixed. After some talking, he said that he would refund me $30 of the $120, and I agreed. Never saw the money. Kept calling the place and it was always some sort of excuse.
Bottom Line: if you do business with them, they will gladly take your money and THEN decide whether or not they want to do the agreed upon service.
