I pruchased a hot tub from a company that sells new and used hot tubs. The used tubs were suppose to be completley redone with new parts. Since my purchase in sept. Of 2007 the blower had to be replaced which was used. The service man has been out to repair leaks on the plumbing which was patched together with epoxy glue several times. At this time the tub is still not working right. The purchase price for the tub was #2800.16. I asked the company for a refund and he told me that he did not have it which i found out later was a lie. I reported the company to the better business bureau which sent several letters to the owner of the company. The better business bureau advised me that the company will not respond to them. A letter advising the owner of a possible lawsuit was sent to the company but was ignored. The company has ignored all inquries toward a refund and refusses to replace the tub. The company is selling used tubs with used parts and telling customers that they ae new. I feel like i was sold a deective tub and the company is trying to screw me around.
