Iyogi tech support assured and promise me a fix, which I myself was not sure, whether it’s fixable or not. Though I didn’t informed tech that few technician had tried their hands on my PC, and failed miserably….
Let me give you the verbiage “I don’t think it’s fixable, Tech said until I don’t check it myself, I m afraid I can’t agree to your words, SIR.” I instantly asked him to proceed he took control of my machine and performed diagnostic thing, came up with few technical terms or problem which was totally alien to me, I agree to him asking him to fix it. It took him three to four hours to fix my computer. Now my computer is working fine. Surprisingly a good technician. Thanks iyogi.
