I received an unsolicited phone call with a warning my computer was about to crash (from my service provider) but they could help me fix the problem. I told the operator when I logged on to my computer, that I already had tech support from iyogi, The gentleman? Bad mouthed iyogi that they were no good. I stupidly gave control to the tech, to fix the problem, it took approximately 4hrs and then MR Smith logged off.
