Technicians made me understand the importance of cookies and temp files… also taught me how to get rid of unwanted software application installed on computer. Know every time I call iyogi I sit with a journal to write down important points and follow them regularly. I think I am getting close to be a tech I love the way we communicate, though at times I have to rivet my ear on receiver but apart from that I m super happy and excited to be a part iyogi family.
