I ordered king-sized bedspread advertised as coming with shams... No shams arrived with bedspread! I called and was told they would be shipped separately. Still no shams after several weeks... Called again... Was told the advertisement was a misprint and it did not come with shams. Said I could buy them... I opted to return the bedspread and sent them a letter/cut up credit card, and said this was not the first time they had lied about their products/discounts and I no longer wanted to do business with them. One of their reps called and asked me to reconsider... After telling her the story and how unsatisfied I was she told me there would be no charge for the return! Lied again... Now they're sending me bills (last one was $118) and adding late charges, etc. On every bill because they now say I owe shipping of $6.50! I have an e-mail from them saying they received the return, giving me credit for only a portion of the purchase and adding shipping charges... This was received before the representative called me. I sent a letter to their CEO in NewYork on February 3... Still haven't received a reply. There should be a class action against Brylane Home for bad business practices and FRAUD!
