I ordered curtain valances before Christmas 2002 - they were in stock at the time - not received until January.
When received, I returned them to Brylane Home.
Was contacted by Brylane Home in March for payment. Contacted Brylane Home Customer Service on March 20 to adjust my account by removing charges for returned merchandise.
Placed telephone call to Customer Service who admised they were checking into problem - would get back to me.
Received three letters dated May 20 on Saturday May 24th from a Collection Agency looking for payment for curtains.
Instead of contacting me they have sent me to collections for items I've returned. Pretty sleazy to say the least.
I expect to be contacted by the CEO of the company.
