I purchased a VERY expensive sofa set.
One week after it arrived the cushions started getting flat. It would appear to be a defect or just cheep padding. After lengthy discussions they replaced the love seat. Well one moth later same issue. I am six feet tall but my feet dont reach the ground, the lower back has no support and is indented, the top cushon is so large and over stuffed it pushes your head foward resulting in a sore neck and back.
I called AGAIN and they promised to have it repaired. Months went by and after many calls I realized they are very incompetent and they are waiting for some arm rest to arrive. I said it is the entire sofa not an arm rest. They said they will call me when the correct parts arrive. They never called. After repeated calls again they said the "parts" arrived and they can repair the sofa. Some guy came to my home with the parts "a bag of stuffing" and was very nice and worked on the sofa for 5 hrs. Unfortunately he forgot to sew the lower seat seam and I did not notice it immediatly. I called to get it fixed and was told he will arrive on Monday so I took off work to meet him. He never came and I found out he was waiting for Jennifer to get back to him to pull my extended warrenty documents. I called and was put on hold for 12 minutes then I was informed it is not there issue and to call Montage the place that covers the warrenty. They said it only covers damage I cause and since I did not touch the seam they cant help me. I called back and after a very long time on hold Lance Do picked up and he was VERY RUDE! And he talked over me saying he will not to anything for me and it is not his problem and he does not care.
I will never buy anything from them and after turning them into the better business bureau and rip off report I will retain a lawer to get a full refund.
BUYER BEWARE do not shop here they do not care about customer service after an item is purchased.
