I ordered a set of pots and pans from this company which I had to return because they were damaged. I called their number, left a message, and received a return call from a man who said his name was Peter Pike; the company president. He told me to take pictures of the pans and send them which I did and he would make that right asap. I returned the pans a couple weeks after Christmas and have not received a refund or another set of pans. I have left repeated messages and I only get a voice message. No one returns my call nor do they respond. I question wheather the company is legitemate at all. I purchased the set as a gift for my daughter and I am sad that it came to this. Can you help me?
