Contract not honored work not done

I settled Kevin Ellner upfront for gardening function which was never finished. Just one employee arrived the very first week and took up the rear deck area and dust. Some comb treatment was completed and piled-up within the yard. It got 3 months of regular demands prior to the dirt loads were ultimately transferred. There's usually a guarantee the function is likely to be completed tomorrow or in a few days that supplies have already been requested. Three 5 weeks later, I'm still awaiting the task to become finished as well as for the supplies allegedly requested within the first week.
