We purchased a matress from sears about 6 years ago and they told us we had a 10yr warranty if it sagged. It started to sagg right after but we ignored it. Not until my husbands back started to hurt we got concerned. So we call in we send in a fax of the receipt and email in the pictures of the saggin and they tell us it has to be 1 1/2in so we measure and it comes to show its 2 inches of sagginess. I called in and they reviewd the picture they put me on hold and explain it cant be ruturned or we cant get store credit? How is it no possible? It has a few small stains and they said the stains caused it to sag? So we dont qualify? I am angry my husband cant sleep with me. And plus the stains are not even in the sagging area! Were they right?
