I ordered a rug from therugsfactory.com website on January 7. I received an email stating I would receive my rug in 4 to 6 weeks. Well I keep sending them an email asking the status of my order and I still have not received a response! When I searched the website there is no phone number to contact them nor is there an address! They are a ripoff!!!
