I had a technician come to our home to fix our dryer, worked for a week then stopped. Called to have the technician return since it was still under warranty however he has been away on a family emergency for over a month. We have been waiting this entire time with no dryer. We were told there is no contact number for coporate and provided an earthlink (?!?) account to email them - which we did with no response. Stacey the 'office manager' has said we will not get a refund if we have someone confirm it is the coil and ignitor so we can get our money back, yet she can't send anyone out because they dont have a repairman in the area at the time - so basically we're out all of our money and they wont do a thing about it. Total Scam!!
