Negative Administration/Negative Customer Support because of DELETING
We requested the Trugreen inform us once the support has been completed to ensure that we are able to be house once the support has been supplied. You never understand if this type of person really doing what they’re said to be doing…wouldn’t function as the very first time.
Anyway, when I reschedule I particularly possess the Customer Support replicate the day 2-3 times to ensure we’re on a single site. Today, whenever we do get attached personally, I speak with Shilo. Today, Shilo the Supervisor at 2421 Black-Gold Ct Houston, Texas retains on apologizing and informs me this WON'T EVER happen again. But you know what... It maintains on occurring... Not when not twice not several but 6 times. I can not actually continue anymore.
Initially our visit was for February 4th but I named to reschedule for that 10th instead. Therefore, nowadays may be the evening these were designed to emerge and do the therapy. Therefore, I’m resting here ready and ready and it’s past 1:00 but still nothing.
I called the organization and talked towards the Customer Support. She stated that “they rescheduled me for that 18th.” I stated “that’s NOT possible.” Then she stated “originally you had been planned for that 10th however, you desired to reschedule for that 18th.” I established to her that it had been false since the lady I talked to after I rescheduled repeated the day numerous times.” I informed her that “I didn’t wish to cope with Shilo anymore since he’s ineffective in my experience. You BETTER have someone emerge below. I don’t care if he's to return there to replenish his truck.” the girl named me back and stated that she’s having somebody emerge here-but it’ll be awhile…I don’t treatment.
Just how can this Shilo be considered a supervisor if he cannot actually get his shit together??? I understand the economy being down-right now does not support. May be the organization simply eager? Why do clients need to endure this sort support? We spend our expenses promptly... I simply do not get it.
