Do not ever buy a warranty from Conns, there hassle free warranty where they supposedly come and pick your item up when it is broken is the biggest fckin lie ever! I'm a long time custom and have spent thousands of dollars there and there customer service is a joke, not to mention when you go to the warehouse to pick your stuff up and you have to wait an hour on a dvd player! Really! Don't even mess with this place!
