We contracted Rosewood Hardwood Flooring Co. To supply and install hardwood floors in our house. We were told that they would require a 50% deposit to procure the materials. We paid the deposit as requested and after countless phone calls finally received about a 1/4 of the material we required. Since then, no more materials have been delivered, our check has been cashed and the owner of the company, Francisco Flores no longer answers the telephone. There have been a couple of times he accidently answered but upon realizing we were the ones calling he quickly hung up. I would be very leary of doing business with this individual given that he has no problem taking your money and not delivering on his end.
