Paid $2500 deposit to install hardwood flooring. I found out she was scamming people & had my lawyer legally cancel the contract.
I took the owner (Josie) to court an won a judgment against her.
She has not paid and the police can't do anything because it is a civil case. She has scammed many customers, tradespeople and landlords.
She is now operating as CASH and CARRY Hardwood at Dufferin & Geary Ave in Toronto.
BEWARE do not give any deposit and insist that no money is given until the job is completely done.
