I ordered a product from the online store. I submitted a credit card for payment and received a confirmation.
Almost two weeks later, I had not received a shipping confirmation so called the store. There was no answer, so I left a message. Two days later, I left another message.
Finally, I emailed customer service. I received a reply asking what item I ordered. When I sent a link from their site showing the item, I was told it was discontinued and my order was never processed. I would have never known this had I not tried to reach the store.
Upon letting the company owner, Karen Wulf, know how upset I was about receiving a fake confirmation, she replied that she owned her own business so she could tell customers like me to "F*ck Off"!
