This person rented me a dangerous house. After moving in to the house I started to feel sick. I thought it was just a sever cold or the flu. Then I had 2 people at the house and they were telling me that they smelled gas. I couldn't smell anything because I was sick. The next day I called the gas company and they sent someone to the house. The person working for the gas company found a gas leak from one of the gas pipes. He fixed that gas leak. He also noticed that there was a rubber seal missing from the furnace.
He told me that it had potential to cause another serious leak. He turned off the gas and told me that the gas should not be turned back on until the furnace is fixed. I called Rich and told him the furnace needs to be fixed so that the gas can be turned back on so I can have heat and use the stove. It was a Saturday and you would think that he would send someone to fix it that day.instead he acted like I was bothering him and said he would fix it sometime next week. I think this person is so greedy and concerned with making money that he doesn't care about his tenants.
