Power Windows and Siding installed a damaged and defective garden window in our house. We reported it the day it was installed. That was six months ago and they haven't done anything to replace the window. We signed a contract that guarantees these windows. We contacted the better Business Buerau, who gave them an A rating, and theyhave only registered our compliants. We also don't believe we are getting the guaenteed 30% heating savings but that's another fight. We are now working with a lawyer to resolve this issue.
