Time of day meters

I approached Alliant Energy about my time meter operating when it will not be. The client support representative explained used to donot understand how to browse the meter. HAHA The meter includes a working total of kwh used and contains on top kwh used. Very apparent the on peak shouldn't be working off-peak. DUH obviously, I ceased the full time of evening support and am here to request all that use time to check their yards carefully.
