We bought a cadre photo numerique 12.1 LCD frame and when opened at Christmas
Discovered no paperwork was included no instructions. We plugged it in but can only get it to flicker and not light up.
We need to know how to get a replacement or refund. Please respond as we have emailed several times Thank you
