After having some trouble getting this CIS system to work i emailed with complaints to sales@ supertobuy.com and within 1 hour i was printing like crazy. Sean the tech support helped me on the phone and walked me step by step until the CIS system was up and printing. Now i feel confident in installing and removing the system. Thanks for the patience!!
