Augusta Georgia Real Estate and Homes i contract them to rent my house, and they are refusing to terminate contract. The realtor Alfred Simmons is trying to take my house, that is how he buy many houses. Dont do buiseness with that compan

I contract Remax true Advantage to manage my rental home, Mr Alfred Simmons since the begining he broke the contract, he rent the house for less money and with a pet (big dog) and overcharges and repairs that was not necessary, i send them a termination letter to terminate contract and they are refusing to give up my house. He send me an email tellilng me not to contact him again and that he is not terminating the contract. I contact his broker Philip Jones but was not help he just a crooked like Simmons. TO ANYBODY IN AUGUSTA GEORGIA please dont do buiseness with Remax True Advantage. I am going to hire an attorney. Augusta georgia
