We contracted the ORKIN past year June (one year contract) to do the pest control in one of our rental town home. They are suppose to call before they come to the house. They only came for one treatment, and treated te house. After the first treatment, they claim that when they visited, no was home so they sprayed outside of the house. Now the contract ended in June but they think that contract continues until we send a return cancellation, so they are charging another $120. They ripped $600 for one year contract, which they have not done aggod job in contacting and calling before they show-up to the door.
Please do not ever use the ORKIN.
