My New York home was hit by a storm last Sunday. A 80ft. Pine tree landed on my home, went through roof attic and landed in a bedroom and destroyed it. My grandchildren were sleeping in that room the night before. I had water damage on four floors, dining room. Kitchen and basement. My deck damaged, doors, windows, pool, shingles destroyed. The next day Servpro from Glen Cove arrived. Mr. Bill Chillianis/owner made my life so managable. He was easy to talk to, orgainized, and his staff was caring. They worked quickly and caringly. No mess and always there during a most STRESSFUL time. My house was classified a disaster. What I was very comfortable with, was these eight men came and worked non-stop. A young lady was also with them and made the day a delight. She helped me and always had a gently smile on her face. She attended the female role as a watched during this time of urgensy. What a wonderful service that I had no knowledge about. It has made this catastrophe less difficult to bear.
