Lll workers there, wear badges that say drug tested, and backround checked. This is a complete lie, I was a former employee, and I was never drug tested or backround checked. And I know personally people there, that are drug addicts, and alcoholics, and well things that I wont stoop to low to mention. Knowing them from the inside of the company is good, because I can warn all the extremely nice customers, that I serviced, about there poor work etchic, and how the "good" employees are treated poorly. I was fired because len waatti sr. Didnt like that the phone was hung up on him accidently, and he went and complained to his son len waatti jr, about this. (this reason may sound incredibly stupid, but it is incredibly true). Im sorry I forgot we weren't all grown ups. Another big issue: There are 3 family members working there, that are rotting the inside of that company, and sooner than later, it will show from the outside. I gave them nothing, but hard working attitude, and a desire to help their company succeed. No personal complaints were mentioned about me, because I am awesome with people. Sharron chavez, len waattii sr, and jr. Are a disgrace to that company, and if the bosses fail to realize that due to lookin at just the money aspect of business, then i feel sorry for them. Please be warned of this complaint. This is not a luaghing matter to me. I am extremely mad, this happened to me, knowing that I am going to have a son next month, and have to support a family.
