I ordered switchplate covers from this site and received the wrong product, one that did not fit my configuration. I contacted the business through their site several times before being told that a return label and the correct product were in the mail. After recieving nothing I contacted them again several times with out rsponse. I turned to paypal for resolution in the matter but was quickly told I had no further claim as I received 'something' so I was good. I suspect this business to be a total scam as after further investigation of this site (yes, something I should have done before instead of after) they do not list any phone number or address. Their return address is a UPS store where they have an account. My paypal payment went to Decorative Hardwares. Do not use this or related sites because you will not receive your items.
