Failed to deliver product and answer any enquiry emails or phone calls relating to the non-arrival of the product ripoff Breda, The

I contact the company and ordered a product to be sent by the company to the UK. They have free phone numbers for the USA, UK and Canada which makes it appear that they are well geared up to ship internationally to these countries.

The product failed to arrive within a month when I sent them an enquiry email via there online form. No reply. Sent normal email to info@poaa. Nl. No reply. Several more emails and online contact forms filled in. No reply. Tried calling the number, was told the person who dealt with it was not in and would call me back. No call back.

Called again, apparently they have an answering service in Australia that then relays messages to them when they are out of contact hours. It ALWAYS goes through to this service though, independent of the time of day. Left several messages with them which they inform me are sent to the beeper of someone from the company. No reply ever received back.

Have almost given up, now just want to list them on as many websites as possible to warn other people not to use them. They offer a free gift if you spend over 400 euros. Don't risk it, luckily I only lost 50 euros but they are clearly an disreputable company if they never get back to almost 10 different customer enquiries.
